Lesson I: Unmasking regret! 
"Forgetting What Is Behind" Do you live life regretting things you have done or left undone? Discover the regrets that hamper you and press forward by letting go and receiving a fresh start.

Lesson II. The God Who Forgives  
"Unrelenting Love." Do you really know how much God loves you and how much he desires to forgive you? Know the freedom and joy of God's forgiveness. What is forgiven stays forgiven!

Lesson III. "I Forgive You."
"Forgive as you have been forgiven." Do you realize that forgiving is not an option but a command? Let go of the anger, grudges and resentments in your life to experience the peace of the Lord.

Lesson IV. "Forgive Me!"
"Confessing Sin and Making Amends." Do you understand that restoring relationships involves more than saying "I'm sorry"? Move from forgiven into reconciliation and healing relationships.

Lesson V. Love One Another. 
"Healthy Relationships." Do you know how to sustain loving relationships? Break old patterns of unhealthy behavior and learn to love as Christ has loved us.

Lesson VI. Keeping Close Watch.
"The Examen." Do your make yourself accountable to live life daily in God's will? Learn to do a daily Examen to keep your life free in God's love and forgiveness.

Lesson VII. Elder Wisdom.
"Pass the Word." Do you long for your family and friends to be strong in the Faith? Become intentional in passing your wisdom along and in leaving an ethical will.

VIII. Telling Stories.
"A Good Story Beats a Lecture." Do you tell others the stories of God's faithfulness to you? Learn to tell the stories of redemption, protection, provision and presence in your life.

IX. Last Words.
"Blessings on You." What are the words that you  hope others will remember you saying? Are they words of blessing or cursing? Words have great power. They can stay with us forever! Consider the words of love, blessing, caution and warning that you hope to leave with those who will outlive you.

X. Living Gratitude. "Thanks Be to God." Have you forgotten to consider the  marvelous work of our God toward you? Learn to become aware every day of all the wonders of the Lord's presence. A life lived in gratitude rather than discontent is a great joy to others and a glory to God.
